This an entry-level role designed for recent college graduates that wish to pursue a career within project management.
Requirements:
Clearly define/convey questions in RFIs and coordinate correct response with owner/design team
Thoroughly review submittals to confirm they are in accordance with plans and specifications prior to submittal
Track and approve samples through Procore submittals
Maintain approved samples and disposing of unapproved samples
Coordinate with design team and owner to expedite information
Clearly define and convey correct information to project team
Advocate safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforce compliance with company/ jobsite safety plan, policies, and all safety-related regulations
Assist Project Manager with project pricing through RFQ process
Create and maintain unit bibles
Prepare ANDRES as-built drawings and gather closeout documents on Buildr
Assist Project Manager in monitoring insurance enrollment
Verify material lead times and maintain procurement log
Verify installation schedules with trade partners in planning meetings
Assist Superintendent with tracking and expediting material deliveries
Ensure Outbuild, DroneDeploy, SiteAware, and Bluebeam are implemented and running effectively on assigned project
Assist with jobsite quality assurance and punch list preparation/completion
Implement quality control process using Procore Inspection Tool paired with StructionSite and SiteAware photos
Implement Lean Construction practices
Assist weekly jobsite OAC (and all other onsite meetings), take clear and concise notes, and maintain meeting minutes
Obtain progress photos and videos
Coordinate with AHJ (Permitting/Traffic control plan/311t Coordination, etc.)
Coordinate VDC/BIM as needed
Share knowledge (best practices and lessons learned) on the ANDRES Forum
Seek consistent improvement and the elimination of waste
