We’re growing fast, and as we continue to expand our footprint, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator to support our Montreal office. As the heartbeat of our workspace, you’ll ensure our office runs smoothly, is stocked and welcoming, and feels like home for our team. You'll be the go-to person for all things onsite—from office supplies and events to onboarding support and space management. This is an onsite role based in Montreal and will report directly to our Office Operations Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked space
Take ownership of lunch orders, grocery restocks, and office supply management
Coordinate mail, deliveries, and vendor communications
Own inventory and ordering of Canada team swag and baby onesies
Partner with the onsite team to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
Co-chair Montreal Social Club —creating and organizing fun, engaging events that bring our local team together
Provide onsite support for special team weeks and other departments as necessary
Provide support to other departments and remote offices as needed
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics—welcome desk setup, NDA coordination, access, and more
Manage visitor check-ins, desk assignments and workspace access needs
Ensure the working space feels personal, professional, and aligned with our culture
Requirements:

Someone who genuinely loves planning events and creating great experiences for others
Detail-oriented and naturally organized, you love systems, checklists, and follow-through
Personable and upbeat, you know how to make a space feel inviting
Comfortable working independently, but collaborative and communicative with remote teammates
Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace etc.
