We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join a reputable nutrition and health & wellness company in Los Angeles, California. This is a Contract to regular employment opportunity that offers a mix of administrative, customer service, and operational tasks, with the potential to transition into a long-term role. The position is onsite and provides paid parking, making it convenient for local candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Manage office schedules and calendars using Outlook, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and meetings
Process and fulfill online product orders, including specialized shipping requirements such as overnight ice shipments
Support the startup of a supplement company by collecting data, tracking product inventory, and assisting with rollout activities
Handle inventory management tasks, including ordering supplies and restocking personalized supplement packs
Provide administrative and operational support to the team, addressing various office needs
Assist with basic IT tasks, such as troubleshooting software issues and using tools like RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
Collaborate on social media-related activities and ensure effective use of platforms for business needs
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service through inbound and outbound calls
Maintain accurate records and files, both digitally and physically, to ensure data is organized and accessible
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and maintain both digital and physical files
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, paired with a customer service-oriented approach
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with basic social media platforms and virtual communication tools like Zoom and Teams
Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
Friendly and attentive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to varied work hours, ensuring a minimum of 30 hours per week
