As the Office Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the business, owning events, operations and day-to-day office flow. Working closely with the HR Coordinator and Executive Assistant, this is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves variety, connection and creating a well-run, welcoming office.
Job Responsibility:
Be the welcoming face of the office, creating a warm, professional experience for all visitors
Maintain beautifully presented meeting rooms including supplies and equipment
Coordinate internal events and manage the annual events calendar
Oversee fleet coordination including servicing, repairs and tracking
Liaise with building management for office maintenance, fitouts and refurb updates
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator or Office Manager role
Proactive, reliable and takes pride in creating a well-run office environment
Able to work autonomously while supporting a wider team
