Job Responsibility
Call Management: Professionally answer incoming phone calls and direct clients/partners accordingly
Front Desk Greeting: Warmly welcome visitors arriving for interviews or meetings
Communication Management: Respond to and follow up on emails as needed
Logistics and Shipping: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages to the correct recipients, and assist with outgoing shipments
Office Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen area is clean and well-stocked (quickly refilling and cleaning the coffee machine, loading/running the dishwasher, etc.) to maintain a pleasant environment for the team
Requirements
Functional bilingualism (French and English) is essential for this role, as you will handle calls, visitors, and internal communications with English-speaking team members
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support is an asset (motivated junior profiles are welcome)
Comfortable with basic computer navigation and the MS Office suite (specifically Outlook for emailing)
Excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, punctuality, and a strong sense of organization
