Office Coordinator role at a manufacturing site in Eccles. You'll be based in the office on a busy plant site, supporting management with administration, coordination, compliance, and ad-hoc tasks. The role offers variety, being the focal point for the business.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Site Manager and Health & Safety Manager with all administration and coordination
Providing ad hoc support to the Directors
Supporting on compliance and regulations
Training coordination
Booking flights/accommodation for Directors
Purchasing for the site
Creating reports on Excel for the Site Manager
Completing health & safety tours with staff
Coordinating everyone
Being the support backbone to all departments
Being the sole focal point to most areas of the business
Requirements:
Experience as an Administrator/Coordinator in a similar role
Experience in an industrial environment such as engineering/manufacturing
Ability to wear many hats
Being a people person
Ability to build relationships
Ability to have a bit of a laugh
