Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and clients
  • Be the friendly face of our office by greeting clients and visitors with a warm welcome, and assisting them as needed
  • Organise and maintain files, documents, and legal records, ensuring everything is easily accessible and up to date
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that we are always well-equipped to serve our clients effectively
  • Assist in organising office events and team-building activities that foster a positive work culture

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
