A dynamic company in the construction field is looking for an Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to complete a small administrative team of 5 people. If you are organized, multitasking and want to work in a relaxed atmosphere, we would be delighted to receive your application.

Job Responsibility:

  • Office Administrative Management: Visitor Reception
  • Email Management
  • Supervision of administrative aspects related to residential and commercial building management
  • Management of projects, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
  • Data entry and creation of new project files
  • Monitoring of insurance contracts before their due date
  • Monitoring of inspections and purchase orders (POs) ...
  • Inventory of office supplies and management of purchase order pads and printers
  • Other related administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction sector
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Autonomy and sense of responsibility
  • Good command of office tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to have:

Good knowledge of SharePoint and Proprio Expert (an asset)
