Job Responsibility

  • Stock control
  • Follow schedules and clean designated areas

  • Proven working experience as a commercial cleaner

  • Highly responsible, reliable and adaptable
  • Must be able to use their own initiative

  • Recording timely starts, stops and activities to avoid financial penalties
  • Liaising with Local Authorities for road closures, traffic management and supporting requirements
  • Checking systems such as One.Network for clashes and planning conflicts
  • Requesting and managing CAD drawings when required
  • Ensuring Traffic Management plans are in place and compliant
  • Monitoring additional costs relating to changes in works or traffic management
