An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our progressive, forward thinking team as an Office & Client Co-Ordinator. Procare has been in the cleaning industry for almost 40 years, we aim to give an unbeatable service to all clients. Job Responsibility:

  • Stock control
  • Follow schedules and clean designated areas
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and follow COSHH procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a commercial cleaner
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment
  • Knowledge of COSHH
  • Highly responsible, reliable and adaptable
  • Must be able to use their own initiative
  • Work well as a team and equally as confident alone

  • Liaise with clients to confirm access, materials and job readiness
  • Track job progress, ensure reports are completed, logged and distributed to Clients in line with individual KPI's
  • Handle customer feedback on any issues
  • Maintain up-to-date risk assessment records
  • Prepare RAMS and permit-to-work access documents
