Job Description:

This role supports multiple departments with administrative tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Answer phones, route calls, and greet visitors
  • Support purchasing, inventory, and production teams with clerical tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general upkeep
  • Help prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
