Job Responsibility
Actively participate in the billing process (preparing, verifying, and issuing invoices)
Perform daily clerical tasks, including filing, scanning documents, handling phone calls, and managing email correspondence
Support various departments with diverse administrative tasks as required to maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role (prior exposure to inventory management and billing is highly asset)
Fluent bilingualism (English and French) is essential, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of ERP, accounting, or inventory management software is a strong asset
Strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, autonomy, and a collaborative team mindset
Nice to have
