We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Perrysburg, Ohio. The role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth office functionality and organization.
Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update office records and databases
Organize and manage physical and digital files for easy retrieval and reference
Scan documents and ensure proper categorization within the filing system
Provide general back-office support to enhance team productivity
Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace to optimize efficiency
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed
Uphold confidentiality standards while managing sensitive information
Requirements:
Proficiency in document scanning and file organization
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Familiarity with general office equipment such as scanners and photocopiers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Previous experience in an office support role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required
