Our team is seeking a versatile office clerk to support our logistics and inventory management operations. Great company well established in the heart of Ville Saint-Laurent ! The company provides manufacturing products particularly for the aerospace, defense, and medical sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparation of shipping documents: creating packing slips in the computer system, ensuring the accuracy of the information
  • Data entry: managing the entry of goods into the system, ensuring impeccable traceability
  • Inventory management: tracking inventory in the system, contributing to the smooth running of processes

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism
  • Experience with an ERP system and other software
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, autonomy
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience with inventory
