Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the drafting, proofreading, and editing of internal communications such as emails, memos, and letters
  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments, ensuring efficiency and smooth daily office operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations and/or meetings on various topics
  • Produce documents, letters, memos, reports, and correspondence
  • Communicate regularly by email and phone, in French and English, with internal and external clients as well as suppliers
  • Follow up on files and manage reminders for deadlines
  • Perform any other related tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role
  • High School Diploma (DES), DEP, or AEC in a relevant field
  • Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written (Canadian and U.S. clientele)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Initiative, discretion, attention to detail, autonomy, and professionalism
  • Strong adaptability and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good judgment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with strong organizational and planning skills
