Job Description:

A Canadian company, a leader in the aluminum products sector for balconies (guardrails, stringers, stair treads, columns), is currently looking for an office clerk - estimator. The position is located at their office in Anjou, East Montreal, providing a dynamic opportunity within a well-established company in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist and collaborate with estimators on their submissions
  • Prepare various documents
  • Respond to emails
  • Provide support to different departments
  • Enter data and input orders into the system
  • Follow up with suppliers
  • Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Good communication skills
  • Versatile, team-oriented, and dynamic
  • Autonomous
  • Fluent in French and a good level of English
What we offer:
  • Permanent position located in East Montreal, Anjou
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • 4 weeks of vacation (construction + winter holidays)
