Client is seeking an highly entrepreneurial and results-driven Office Business Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO. This role goes far beyond traditional office management. The Office Business Manager will oversee cross-functional projects, support multiple divisions and programs, and help drive operational growth and revenue-generating initiatives that directly benefit the community. This individual will coordinate and manage projects across business lines — including but not limited to food delivery services, housing initiatives, and community programs — with a focus on scaling operations, improving efficiency, and identifying opportunities for expansion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building systems, fostering partnerships, and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage cross-division projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Coordinate initiatives across programs such as food delivery services, housing support, and emerging community ventures
Develop systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Track project milestones, budgets, and outcomes
provide regular updates to the CEO
Identify opportunities to expand services and scale successful programs
Support the CEO in developing and executing growth strategies across divisions
Research and pursue partnerships, funding opportunities, and community collaborations
Assist with outreach efforts to local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders
Help design initiatives that generate revenue to reinvest back into the community
Contribute to building an entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture
Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
Implement workflow improvements and organizational systems
Coordinate internal communications across teams and programs
Support budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities
Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Represent meetings with community partners and stakeholders
Support outreach initiatives to expand program awareness and participation
Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and agencies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or business development
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling programs or organizations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience working in community-based or mission-driven organizations preferred
Proficiency with project management and office productivity tools
