Job Description

Client is seeking an highly entrepreneurial and results-driven Office Business Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO. This role goes far beyond traditional office management. The Office Business Manager will oversee cross-functional projects, support multiple divisions and programs, and help drive operational growth and revenue-generating initiatives that directly benefit the community. This individual will coordinate and manage projects across business lines — including but not limited to food delivery services, housing initiatives, and community programs — with a focus on scaling operations, improving efficiency, and identifying opportunities for expansion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building systems, fostering partnerships, and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage cross-division projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Coordinate initiatives across programs such as food delivery services, housing support, and emerging community ventures
  • Develop systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and outcomes
  • provide regular updates to the CEO
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and scale successful programs
  • Support the CEO in developing and executing growth strategies across divisions
  • Research and pursue partnerships, funding opportunities, and community collaborations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling programs or organizations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience working in community-based or mission-driven organizations preferred
  • Proficiency with project management and office productivity tools
