Job Description:

Success in this role means consistently achieving your sales targets and driving growth across your assigned account base. You’ll re-engage inactive customers, uncover new opportunities, and build strong, ongoing relationships that result in repeat business. Your ability to provide exceptional service and act as a trusted advisor will set you apart, while your proactive communication, attention to detail, and commitment to the Madison Values will contribute to the broader success of the team. Completing manufacturer training programs and becoming a knowledgeable product advocate will further cement your impact.

Job Responsibility:

Calling and emailing assigned accounts to uncover and develop sales opportunities
Re-engaging inactive accounts and driving growth in undercapitalised categories
Updating CRM records, managing your pipeline, and following up quotes
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide technical and logistical support to customers
Learning and promoting new technologies and solutions to market
Tracking progress against monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Experience in B2B internal sales or telesales
Knowledge of industrial, electrical, communications or automation products
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Strong attention to detail and pipeline management skills
A collaborative, can-do attitude with a hunger to grow

Nice to have:

Bonus if you’ve worked in a similar technical sales environment or have an interest in industrial technology
