We are currently seeking an exceptional Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and the ability to handle a range of administrative tasks. They will have a strong sense of responsibility, with a focus on accuracy, discretion and teamwork.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Provide administrative support to management and other staff
Maintain the professional and clean appearance of office areas
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Understanding of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
