Job Responsibility
Coordinate routine office activities, including filing, document preparation, and general administrative support for the team
Answer incoming calls, respond to basic inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate contacts in a courteous manner
Prepare, update, and maintain records, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications
Assist with scheduling, order-related paperwork, and other clerical tasks that help keep operations running smoothly
Support customer-facing and internal communication by providing timely and accurate information
Organize office materials and help ensure work areas and administrative systems remain orderly and efficient
Requirements
Previous experience in an office support or administrative position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn company systems quickly
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy office environment
