Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors
Support financial activities, including accounts payable tasks and other related projects
Handle clerical duties such as document scanning, data entry, and record management
Answer and direct inbound calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Collaborate with team members to complete various administrative assignments
Adapt to learning new systems and processes as needed to support the office
Ensure accurate and timely handling of cash transactions, adhering to company protocols
Maintain organization within the workspace to ensure a productive environment
Perform receptionist duties, including greeting guests and managing appointments
Assist with other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office
Requirements:
