We are looking for an Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations for a legal services organization. Job Responsibility:
Organize, copy, scan, and file legal and administrative documents to maintain accurate office records
Update reports and internal records with current information while checking for completeness and accuracy
Prepare case files and supporting materials for shipment, ensuring documents are properly assembled and packaged
Review and arrange paperwork for processing so files are ready for distribution and storage
Assist with general clerical tasks that support day-to-day office operations and document management needs
Work within the company's internal tracking system to enter, manage, and retrieve file information as needed
Maintain a neat and structured filing system to improve accessibility and document control
Requirements:
Prior experience with basic office and clerical tasks in a detail-focused setting
Ability to handle legal documentation and maintain organized legal files with strong attention to detail
Experience copying, scanning, filing, and preparing documents for processing or shipment
Comfortable using computer-based systems to update records and track documentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
