We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and provide receptionist support, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience
Manage inbound calls, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
Organize and scan a variety of documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Assist with scheduling and calendar management to support efficient operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement as needed
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized
Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles is essential
Proficiency in scanning and organizing documents efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and correspondence
Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
Competence in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with clients and colleagues
High school diploma or equivalent is required
