Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors and provide attentive front-desk support to create a positive first impression for the office
Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and relay messages accurately and promptly
Perform a range of administrative tasks such as filing, data organization, and general office support to keep daily operations running efficiently
Scan, organize, and maintain paper and digital documents to support accurate recordkeeping and easy retrieval
Assist with routine clerical work, including preparing materials, updating information, and handling office correspondence
Support the team with day-to-day coordination needs to help maintain an orderly and productive work environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in an office support, receptionist, or administrative position
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with visitors, coworkers, and external contacts
Experience working with scanned files and maintaining organized document records
Strong clerical and administrative skills with close attention to detail
Comfortable working on site in West Palm Beach, Florida
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple routine tasks throughout the day.
