We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to provide administrative support for a short-term Contract opportunity in South Dakota. Job Responsibility
Support day-to-day office operations by completing a variety of administrative and clerical assignments
Organize and maintain records through accurate filing, document scanning, and digital record upkeep
Enter information into office systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare, format, and update documents to support internal staff needs and office workflows
Assist team members with routine office requests and provide timely administrative support as needed
Manage shifting priorities effectively while completing assigned tasks within expected timelines
Take on additional duties as directed to support overall office efficiency
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines in an active office environment
Experience with filing, scanning documents, and data entry is required
