This position provides general clerical, administrative, and technical support to ensure smooth and accurate processing of member documents, payments, communications, and internal workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Open, sort, and batch incoming mail and payments by trust
Prepare, scan, index, and upload documents
Maintain and organize workflows between Perceptive and Smartsheet
Create and update tracking spreadsheets to capture member data
Prepare spreadsheets for enrollment packet generation
Compile and distribute requested documents and spreadsheets
Copy, file, and organize forms and letters
Send and receive faxes
Provide backup reception support, including answering and screening calls, greeting guests, and assisting walk-ins
Coordinate member meetings with remote staff via Microsoft Teams
Assist with preparing documents for scheduled participant distributions
Perform additional support functions as assigned by management
Requirements:
General office experience (1 year minimum)
Fluency in Spanish
Computer/data entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong verbal communication skills
Professional and respectful phone etiquette
Routine filing, sorting, and alphabetizing skills
Ability to multitask effectively
