We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to sales representatives and managers to enhance their productivity
Process customer orders with accuracy and ensure prompt delivery
Collaborate with sales executives to create and implement effective sales strategies
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and detail-focused manner
Prepare essential sales documents, including contracts, proposals, and quotes
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials and campaigns
Assist in organizing and managing sales events, such as tradeshows and promotional activities
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends that support sales objectives
Manage customer accounts in the system and ensure accurate record-keeping
Process customer sample requests and provide basic quality documents or certifications when needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and their applications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members effectively
Experience in handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
Ability to perform billing functions and maintain accurate financial records
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for auditing and tracking tasks
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in sales support or a related administrative role is preferred
