Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors and provide courteous front-desk support while helping maintain an efficient office environment
Manage inbound phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately
Scan, organize, and maintain documents so records remain accessible and properly filed
Perform a range of administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and general office support
Prepare correspondence and bulk communications using mail merge tools when needed
Sort, file, and retrieve paperwork to support daily business operations and recordkeeping
Assemble outgoing mailings, including preparing and stuffing envelopes for distribution
Requirements
Previous experience in an office support, administrative, or receptionist role
Ability to handle incoming calls effectively and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts
Proficiency in scanning, filing, and organizing both physical and electronic documents
Working knowledge of general clerical tasks, including document preparation and routine administrative support
Experience using mail merge or similar tools to produce high-volume correspondence
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Reliable organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to front-desk responsibilities
