Robert Half is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations for a Fresno-based organization. This contract role plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly by providing front-office support, managing administrative tasks, and assisting multiple departments.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct incoming calls and greet visitors professionally
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office correspondence
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Support accounting or HR with basic administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Requirements:
1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
