We’re partnering with a growing organization to find an Office Assistant who enjoys being the first point of contact and keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable juggling a mix of front desk, administrative, and accounting support responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the office by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
Handle general office and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
Provide administrative support to the Accounting team, including assistance with AP and AR processes
Support the Sales function with order entry, invoicing, and related documentation
Help ensure information flows smoothly between departments
Maintain organized records and documentation
Keep the office running efficiently by monitoring supplies and placing orders as needed
Contribute to a tidy, well-organized office environment
Requirements:
A people-friendly professional who is comfortable interacting with visitors, customers, and internal teams
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist-type role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
High school diploma required
