We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner, addressing inquiries as needed
Manage document scanning processes to ensure files are accurately digitized and organized
Handle incoming phone calls, providing information or directing calls appropriately
Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Ensure all scanned documents are checked for quality and correctly stored in the system
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist duties, including greeting guests and answering calls
Proficiency in scanning documents and working with digital file systems
Strong communication skills for handling inbound calls and inquiries
Ability to manage clerical tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
Familiarity with maintaining organized workflows in an office environment
