Robert Half is working with a busy CPA firm seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support their tax services during peak tax season. This role is critical to keeping client workflows, documentation, and deadlines running smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, communicates clearly with clients, and has experience working with CCH tax and practice management systems.
Job Responsibility:
Processes packages/mail - outgoing and internal sorting/delivery
Organizer distribution
Completes scanning and copying as needed or requested
Storing documents to DocuWare and PE
Certified mail logs
Phone coverage for FDC’s lunch breaks
Set up and clear food for various meetings and events
And any other office projects
Requirements:
Proven experience with receptionist duties, including managing inbound calls
Proficiency in scanning and handling documents efficiently
Strong organizational skills to perform clerical tasks effectively
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with document storage systems such as DocuWare is a plus
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
