Robert Half is partnering with a growing real estate organization seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping an office organized and running smoothly. The Office Assistant will support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, client coordination, and general office support.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and databases
Assist with preparing contracts, reports, and client documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with calendar management
Support the team with data entry, document preparation, and filing
Order office supplies and assist with general office coordination
Greet clients and visitors and help maintain a welcoming office environment
Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office assistant, or receptionist roles
Experience in real estate, property management, or a professional services environment is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment
