Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication with candidates
Perform receptionist duties such as answering inbound calls and greeting visitors
Manage clerical tasks, including document scanning, filing, and maintaining records
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for basic payroll and accounting tasks
Handle mail deliveries and errands, including weekly trips to the post office
Maintain an organized workspace and assist with general office upkeep
Support the HR team with prevailing wage documentation and compliance
Collaborate with colleagues to address questions and ensure efficient operations
Uphold business casual dress code while maintaining a detail-oriented approach
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and general computer applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and proactive in completing assignments
Comfortable navigating stairs, as the office does not have an elevator
Valid driver's license and ability to complete occasional errands
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors
