We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Miami Beach, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Assist with leasing-related activities and maintain accurate records for tenants and properties
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service
Perform billing functions, including processing invoices and tracking payments
Utilize accounting and CRM software to manage financial and operational data
Coordinate schedules and appointments to support office staff and leadership
Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies for streamlined accessibility
Support communication and marketing efforts, including banner ads and other outreach materials
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience for all stakeholders
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
Familiarity with leasing processes and real estate operations is preferred
Experience with accounting software systems and CRM platforms is required
Strong computer skills and ability to adapt quickly to new programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
