Office Assistant | Fast-Growth PR Agency | Central London (Office-based). We're partnering with a fast-growing, PR firm to hire a Team/Office Assistant to support the central function and senior leadership team. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly, supporting senior stakeholders, managing diaries, and ensuring the office is well organised and fully functioning.
Job Responsibility:
Manage busy diaries for two Co-Founders (Outlook)
Coordinate meetings, travel, lunches and dinners
Liaise with clients and prospective clients
Anticipate clashes and resolve issues proactively
Oversee day-to-day office administration
Manage post, subscriptions, stationery and supplies
Organise food shops and handle ad-hoc office needs
Liaise with building management, IT and AV providers
Book travel, accommodation and tickets for senior team members
Support conferences and client events as needed
Requirements:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident prioritising multiple tasks
Clear communicator at all levels
Proactive, reliable and takes ownership
Experience as a Team Assistant, Office Assistant or Administrator is helpful but not essential
