We are looking for an organized Office Assistant to support a growing apparel brand’s Walmart-facing team in Bentonville, Arkansas. This Long-term Contract position combines administrative coordination, sample handling, and merchandising support to help keep product activity, meetings, and timelines on track. The role is well suited for someone early in their career who is interested in retail, supply chain, logistics, or apparel operations and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support the daily administrative needs of the sales and merchandising group serving the Walmart business
Maintain sample inventory by receiving, sorting, labeling, tracking, and shipping product as needed
Prepare merchandise and related materials for buyer presentations, line reviews, and team meetings
Update product information, item setup details, and merchandising records across internal tools and spreadsheets
Partner with design, production, and logistics teams to help ensure products and materials are delivered on schedule
Create and organize presentation decks, assortment documents, and other meeting support materials
Monitor project calendars and follow up on milestones to keep multiple workstreams moving forward
Provide general office support such as document scanning, clerical assistance, call handling, and record organization
Requirements:
Strong organizational ability with careful attention to accuracy and detail
Proven ability to manage several priorities at once in a deadline-driven setting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to team-based work
Exposure to supply chain, logistics, retail, inventory, or apparel environments is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with physical product handling, sample coordination, or stockroom processes is beneficial
Experience with Walmart-related systems or an understanding of textiles and garment construction is an advantage
Nice to have:
