Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests and visitors, creating a positive and friendly first impression
Manage incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
Restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages to maintain inventory levels
Assist in planning and coordinating light office events and gatherings
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining records
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully functional
Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address office-related needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist duties or office coordination
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
Ability to manage inventory and restocking responsibilities
