Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and handle receptionist duties to create a welcoming environment
Organize and scan documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
Answer incoming calls, providing attentive assistance and directing inquiries
Manage general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Support team members by coordinating schedules and facilitating communication
Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflows and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using office equipment, such as scanners and multi-line phone systems
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
