We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for helping maintain efficient office workflows, managing front office tasks, and providing general support to staff and visitors. This position is onsite.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support to the office team
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage front desk activities
Maintain files, records, and office supplies
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
Support office workflows and day-to-day coordination
Help with email correspondence and internal communication
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Experience with administrative operations and front office management
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and critical thinking
