Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients while managing front desk reception duties
Organize and scan documents to maintain accurate and accessible records

Perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office supplies to ensure availability
Maintain a clean and organized office environment by coordinating basic housekeeping tasks
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for team members
Support administrative projects and tasks to facilitate efficient office operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office assistant or receptionist role
Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and telephones
Strong communication skills to handle inbound calls and greet visitors
Excellent organizational abilities to manage documents and supplies
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in clerical work
Knowledge of basic computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
