Robert Half is looking for an organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations for one of our clients based in Lake Oswego. This long-term contract opportunity begins as a 3-month contract assignment and offers part-time hours of 16 to 20 hours per week in a fully onsite setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling clerical work, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and learning new systems quickly while keeping the office running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and distribute engagement documents using electronic signature tools and standard office software
Create and maintain new assignments and project records within internal programs with strong attention to detail
Return calls promptly and coordinate meeting times on behalf of the team, ensuring calendars remain accurate and up to date
Provide general administrative support through document filing, scanning, record organization, and other day-to-day office tasks
Assist with clerical duties while responding professionally to inbound communications and routine requests
Requirements:
Prior experience in an office support, receptionist, or administrative coordination role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams
Ability to manage scheduling tasks, handle inbound calls, and support calendar coordination effectively
Experience with document scanning, filing, and other clerical activities in a structured environment
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Sign for document preparation and signature workflows
Comfortable learning new software applications and adapting to changing administrative needs
Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative and ask for additional work when priorities shift
