At Heyra, we move fast. We're an AI consultancy of around 45 people in the heart of Copenhagen, and we're growing. Our office is where a lot of the magic happens, and we need someone who takes pride in keeping it running smoothly and feeling great. This is a part-time role, 4 hours a day. Maybe you just graduated and are figuring out your next move. Maybe you're after something flexible that fits around other things. Whatever brings you here, you'll land somewhere with lots of interesting things going on.
Job Responsibility
Keeping the snack cabinet and fridge stocked
Keeping common areas in order
Prepping meeting rooms and making guests feel at home from the moment they walk in
Managing access: keys, software, Google Workspace admin
Ordering food for events and the occasional team lunch
If you're into it: building small automations, maybe a Nemlig ordering agent or something similar
If you're into it: hands-on creative projects, maybe a coffee nook, more personality in the social room, taking care of the plants
