Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other correspondence
Greet visitors and provide general front office support
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and coordinate appointments
Prepare, file and organize documents, records and reports
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with data entry, scanning, copying and other administrative duties
Support team members with special projects and day-to-day office needs
Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
