Job Responsibility:
Provide direct administrative support to the office manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks
Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring proper security protocols are followed
Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel or departments
Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
Scan and digitize documents, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency
Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for both staff and visitors
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in scanning documents and maintaining digital records
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Familiarity with basic clerical tasks such as filing and scheduling
