Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join a manufacturing firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to customer service and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including customer interactions, order management, and general clerical duties.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to incoming customer service calls and address inquiries professionally
accurately input customer orders and ensure timely updates on their status
perform billing functions and maintain records using QuickBooks
handle daily clerical tasks, such as filing and document management
utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data effectively
provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication
maintain organized and up-to-date records for all administrative tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
proficiency in QuickBooks for billing and record-keeping tasks
strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
high level of professionalism and ability to work collaboratively with a team
