We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Monroe, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact by professionally handling receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Organize and scan documents to maintain accurate and accessible digital records
Respond to inbound calls promptly, providing information or directing them to the appropriate person
Perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as filing, scheduling, and data entry
Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects on time
Assist with administrative duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
Proficiency in using office equipment and scanning tools
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
