Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors, manage the reception area, and create a positive first impression for guests and staff
Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately and promptly
Scan, organize, and maintain documents to ensure records are easy to retrieve and properly filed
Perform a variety of administrative support tasks such as data entry, copying, sorting mail, and preparing routine paperwork
Keep office materials, files, and shared spaces orderly to support smooth day-to-day operations
Assist team members with general clerical needs and provide dependable support across office functions
Requirements
Prior experience in an office assistant, receptionist, or similar administrative support role
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts
Experience scanning, filing, and organizing documents with strong attention to accuracy
Solid clerical and administrative skills, including data entry and document handling
Comfortable managing multiple tasks efficiently in a structured office environment
