We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both employees and visitors. From maintaining shared spaces to assisting with hospitality needs, your contributions will enhance the overall workplace experience. Job Responsibility:
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with employees and visitors in shared spaces
Prepare and maintain coffee, tea, and beverage stations, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and visually appealing
Oversee the upkeep of breakrooms, kitchens, and shared areas, including routine cleaning and restocking supplies
Assist with beverage setups and hospitality arrangements for meetings and visitors
Track inventory levels for snacks, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely restocking and organization
Support office celebrations and events by helping set up refreshments and contributing creative ideas
Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure shared spaces are ready and well-maintained
Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly to the Office Manager
Provide light administrative support to HR, Facilities, or other departments as needed
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable personality
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a detail-oriented setting
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Skilled at multitasking and managing time effectively in a busy environment
Positive attitude and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent education
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as scanning documents and answering inbound calls
