We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Superior, Wisconsin. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.
Job Responsibility:
Process applications efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals with their needs
Perform clerical duties such as document scanning, data entry, and maintaining organized records
Answer incoming calls professionally and provide relevant information or direct calls appropriately
Support customers with their applications and resolve any issues they encounter
Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to complete tasks and manage documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, or office support role
Proficiency in using Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have a passion for helping individuals and solving problems
Nice to have:
Experience working in a nonprofit environment is a plus
Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
