We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations for an educational organization in Harwich, Massachusetts. Job Responsibility:
Maintain organized digital records by preparing, scanning, and uploading documents into office systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Enter and update information accurately in administrative databases, spreadsheets, and related files
Provide general clerical support to keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently
Assist with preparing materials and items needed for graduation award coordination
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts when needed
Support front office activities, including basic receptionist-related tasks and document handling
Requirements:
Prior experience in an office assistant, clerical, or administrative support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs or similar cloud-based tools
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to scan, organize, and manage documents efficiently
Comfortable handling inbound calls and performing receptionist-style duties
